Structure of Tubing Head
Tubing head is a spool with both flanged ends, set on the top flange of the casing head
It hangs tubing and seals the annular space between the tubing string and the oil-layer casing
Consists of tubing head spool and tubing hanger
Functions
Hang the tubing string inside the well
Seal the annular space between tubing and casing
Make crossover connections between casing head downwards and Christmas tree upwards
Provide side outlets in tubing head spool body for injection and well-wash operations

Assembly to support tubing string and seal annular space between tubing and casing
Connected with tubing and seated into tubing hanger spool by tubing gravity
Convenient to operate and replace, widely used for intermediate depth and common wells

Fabricated with BT secondary seal, field mountable by cutting casing pipe to accommodate seal height
Tubing hanger and top flange designed for cable running
Several control ports available for pipeline connections
